Tour Request FormAre you interested in taking a tour of our station? In order to make this a safe and pleasant experience for you and your group, we have established the following requirements.
- Requests for a tour must be made at least 2 weeks in advance (see #5).
- There will need to be at least 1 adult supervisor (21 years old, minimum) for every 5 minors in the group.
- Because of our limited space, the group size needs to be limited to a maximum of 15 (including sponsors). If your group is larger, we can arrange for another tour date to bring the rest of your group.
- Supervisors are required to make sure their group maintains proper behavior. This includes (but is not limited to) a respectful attitude, listening when the tour guide is speaking, and not touching any equipment without permission. As you can understand, some of our equipment is very expensive and "delicate". Unauthorized handling can lead to equipment damage or programming difficulties.
- Print and complete the "Calvary 88.5 Tour Request Form" and return it to us by mail (please use the address below) at least 2 weeks before the request date.
